Six Approaches to Resolving Problems

This document outlines the six approaches to resolving problems. Accommodating Style- Of the six styles, this one is considered the "peacekeeper." This style focuses more on the preservation of relationships than on achieving a result. One person gives in and lets the other person have their way. Some view this as being weak or non-productive but there are situations where this is preferable and will actually help the person to gain more than if they take a strong position.
