Bank of England LIVE: Interest rates UNCHANGED as Carney loses nerve

THE BANK of England has announced that it will not change interest rates. Rates will stay at 0.5 percent with governor Mark Carney suggesting that the BoE is not convinced that the UK economy is strong enough to handle higher interest rates, as GDP growth stuttered last month. -»
