British fashion manufacturer calls for major reform of the Apprenticeship Levy

IN 2015 the government set a target of creating three million apprenticeships by 2020. Last year, to fund the scheme a 0.5 per cent levy was introduced to be paid by employers with a payroll of over £3 million. -»
