BARRATT Developments sold its largest number of homes for a decade and insisted there is room for further growth as it shrugged off Brexit uncertainty to post a record annual profit. Britain’s biggest house-builder completed 17,579 homes in the year to June 30, up 1.1 per cent on the previous year, while the average selling price was up 5 per cent to £288,900.
