UNILEVER suffered another setback in its bid to move to the Netherlands as the UK’s biggest asset manager said it would oppose the plan, yesterday. Legal & General Investment Management said it had taken the “unusual step” of pre-declaring its voting intention ahead of next month’s EGM because of “significant” client interest.
