Mobile shop start-up The Sussex Peasant, which aims to take grocery in a new direction by selling local farm produce directly to consumers, is to double its network this autumn. A £5,700 loan from young entrepreneur’s business charity The Prince’s Trust got owner Ed Johnstone up and running last year.
