ECB keeps policy unchanged despite gloomy eurozone growth and Italy-EU budget row

THE European Central Bank kept policy unchanged and interest rates on hold today amid the slowest growth recorded in almost two years for the eurozone and ongoing spat between the EU chiefs and Italy.
