Santander UK has expanded its SME mentoring scheme to create its biggest programme yet to help women grow their businesses. Part of its Breakthrough programme and run by social enterprise Women Ahead, the bank-funded initiative focusses on small and medium size enterprises with turnovers up to £3 million and running for a year or more.
