THE UK economy saw better-than-expected growth over the summer months and could be set to soar towards its best calendar quarter in almost two years. Hot weather from the sizzling heatwave helped boost spending, in a much needed boost after the economy suffered under unusually cold weather brought in by the Beast from the East earlier in the year.
