Pound US Dollar exchange rate: Prospect of no-deal Brexit sends GBP/USD to two-year low

The pound slumped against the US dollar this morning, taking the pairing to $1.233. The pound hit another low at the start of this week’s session, falling to its weakest level since March 2017. Investors have become increasingly worried that the UK is heading towards a disorderly no-deal Brexit. -»
